Do I need to create an account or log in?

No. Good Lucky Wheel requires no registration or login. When you create a wheel, your browser receives a unique ID that links your wheels to your device. Your wheels are stored in our database and accessible any time you return with the same browser.

What if I clear my browser cookies?

Your wheels are stored in our database. However, the connection between you and your wheels is maintained via a cookie. If you clear cookies, you may lose access to your wheels from that browser. We recommend bookmarking your wheel URLs.

Using the Wheel

How many names can I add?

Good Lucky Wheel supports 1,000+ names per wheel with no performance issues. Just type or paste your list (one name per line) into the entries box.

How do I spin the wheel?

Open your wheel, make sure you have names in the entries panel on the right, then click the SPIN! button (or click the wheel itself). The wheel will spin and randomly select a winner.

Can I pick more than one winner at a time?

Yes! Before spinning, use the "Winners per Spin" selector to choose 1, 2, 3, 5, 10, or any custom number of winners. All selected winners will be shown in the results popup after the spin.

How do I remove a winner from the wheel?

After spinning, a winner popup will appear. Click "Remove from Wheel" to remove that winner from the entries list so they can't be picked again. Click "Close" to keep them in the wheel.

Can I reset the wheel?

Yes. In the Entries panel, click "Reset all" to clear all entries and spin history. This action cannot be undone, so a confirmation prompt will appear first.

Does the wheel auto-save my entries?

Yes! As you type names into the entries box, they are saved automatically after a short delay. You can also click the "Save" button manually. You'll see a small "✓ Saved" indicator when saving is complete.

Results & Export

Where can I see past spin results?

Click the "Results" tab in the right panel of your wheel page. All spins are recorded there in order, showing the winner(s) and the time of each spin.

Can I export results to Excel?

Yes. In the Results tab, click "Export Excel". You'll download a formatted .xlsx file with a header section, the full spin results table, and a list of remaining entries.

How long are my results saved?

Your spin results are stored in our database as long as your wheel exists. Deleting the wheel will also delete all its results.

Multiple Wheels

Can I create multiple wheels?

Yes, you can create as many wheels as you want. Each wheel has its own set of entries, spin history, and results. Access all your wheels from the "My Wheels" page.

Can I share my wheel with others?

You can share the URL of your wheel. Anyone with the link can view and spin the wheel. However, only the original creator (based on the browser cookie) can see it in their "My Wheels" list.
